Carol Ann Cross Park

Carol Ann Cross Park is one of Fort Smith’s four community parks, located just over ½ mile north of Mercy Hospital. The park is also home to the Wildcat Mountain lake, making Carol Ann Cross a hub for a variety of fishing.

Arkansas Game & Fish Regulations Apply

To fish in Arkansas, an Arkansas fishing license must be purchased and kept with you while fishing. In addition to your fishing license, a trout permit must be purchased to fish for trout in Carol Ann Cross Lake. Open to fishing with rod or pole only.

Largemouth Bass must be released immediately to the water.

Hybrid Striped Bass daily limit is three.
